Use numbers for times and words for midnight and noon
اوقات کے لیے نمبرز استعمال کریں۔ دوپہر کے 12 بجے کی لیے الفاظ noon اور رات کے 12 بجے کے لیے الفاظ midnight استعمال کریں:-

The clinic will remain open from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (correct)
The clinic will remain open from five p.m. to ten thirty p.m. (incorrect)
I will reach home anytime from midnight to 2 a.m. (correct)

Do not use double zeros for whole hours

Use colon to separate hours and minutes

Do not use numbers alongwith noon and midnight

Do not write morning alongwith a.m. and evening along with p.m

Use lowercase and periods when writing a.m. and p.m.
This is not a hard and fast rule to use lowercase and periods writing a.m. and p.m. However, this is the most common way to write a.m. and p.m. in lowercase with periods. AM and PM can be written in uppercase or small uppercase with and without periods. Keep consistency with one way in a sentence.

Our shop remains open 8 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday – Saturday. (incorrect)
With dates, dashes may be used
تاہم تاریخوں کے ساتھ ڈیش کو استعمال کیا جا سکتا ہے:-
Examples:
The examinations shall be held June 5 – 20, 2021.
Forms shall be accepted Monday through Friday May 3 -7, 2021.
When listing a series of times, if all times are a.m. or p.m., use a.m. or p.m. only once following the final time listed
